Our Mission
When we started our company, we knew one thing: Kushklub would be more than just a cannabis retailer. While our desires deal with being a sought-after brand of quality, medical and recreational cannabis products and accessories, and providing an incredible customer experience, we're also making a REAL difference improving both our local and global community.
Along with food drives, direct donations to non-profit partners and local cleanup campaigns Kushklub also created a program where our members can buy the products that they love while simultaneously improving the lives and environments of others.
Kushklub Community was created to give those passionate as us about cannabis and philanthropy an opportunity to easily participate through their choice of purchases. A portion of all proceeds from products sold with the Kushklub Community logo are donated to our local and global non-profit partners. Kushklub members can purchase any clothing and accessories item from shopkushkollection.com and Kushklub will donate 30% of the sale to our non-profit partners. Members can also purchase select cannabis products at Kushklub.com or in person at Kushklub and we will donate 20% to our non-profit partners.
Cannabis Education, Culture and Restorative justice
Kushklub believes strongly in cannabis’s ability to heal, enhance life and create economic opportunity. We believe that a world where cannabis is legal and regulated is a safer, healthier and happier world. As the country enters into an age of cannabis acceptance and normalization, Kushklub is participating in programs to ensure responsible cannabis integration and programs focused on restorative justice.
Thriving Communities
We’re all for helping the things that make the communities we operate in special. Which is why we’re all about serving you the best cannabis products available alongside supporting local causes and youth engagement, protecting and preserving our environment, and doing all we can to help create a healthy future for our communities. Be it Everett or Shoreline, Kushklub is committed to helping neighborhoods thrive wherever we do business. It’s a vow rooted deep in our core company values and it’s a testament that we can be a catalyst for positive local change.
Partnerships
Since selling our first gram, we’ve been committed to supporting the local community through partnerships with like-minded organizations about town. Whether it be our work with Childs Drive in Everett in building a Music Studio to create opportunities for at risk youth or working with GreenProject Shoreline and Everett to help clean up local parks, Kushklub has a strong commitment to our members and our community. Here are just a few of our local-area partners.
Child’s Drive
ChildStrive’s success stems from a foundational belief in family empowerment and a strength-based model that maximizes each child’s abilities so that they can get the very best start in life. We use a hands-on coaching model. Our staff supports parents and other care givers, enhancing their capacity to meet the specific needs of their infants and toddlers, in the child’s natural learning environments – at home, at their child care center, or in other community settings.
Clare’s Place
As incorporated apostolates of the Catholic Church in Western Washington, CCS and CHS have provided help and created hope in the lives of men, women, children and their families for decades. CCS was founded over 90 years ago and CHS has been in existence for more than 25 years. CCS is comprised of 12 family centers located throughout Western Washington, and the Long Term Care and Family Behavioral Health systems. Catholic Housing Services (CHS) includes permanent rental housing.
Everett Youth Engagement Programs
PAY Program: Develop and enact the Pathways for Adolescent Youth (PAY) program. PAY provides community role models and positive reinforcement for youth who are at high risk of youth and gang violence. The program will initially focus on Explorer Middle School with school staff and Everett Police School Resource Officers selecting participants. The program aims to support both the youth and their entire family, through positive mentorship and enrollment in the Strengthening Families program. An additional component seeks to incentivize good behavior and decisions of selected youth by offering "rewards", in the form of gift cards and recognition, for positive behavior as a healthy replacement for "rewards" and lure of the "gang-life".
